本研究の目的は、臨床現場においてPORによる経過記録のAの欄にアセスメントが記述されない要因やそれに対する解決策を看護職者自身がどう考えているのかを明らかにすることにある。国立A病院の看護職者を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。得られたデータを質的に分析した結果、アセスメントが記述されない要因には、看護職者が置かれている環境や状況による要因に「忙しい」というカテゴリーが、看護職者側の能力・意識・価値観による要因に「アセスメントがわからない」「必要性を感じない」という２つのカテゴリーが見いだされた。さらに”
