How should we grasp the actions and results in criminal law? The generally accepted theory of causation, we describe the results in as much detail as possible, but there is a problem "circular reasoning" with this theory. We should consider that the description of the results as "nachteilige Veränderung an einem Rechtsgutobjekt".
