It has been about 10 years since the technical college (KOSEN) in Japan started the overseas expansion business aiming at the export and establishment of Japanese-style technical colleges overseas. Starting with cooperation in establishing KOSEN in Mongolia in 2013, the technical college aiming to develop self-disciplined mid-level professional engineers in developing countries in Asia and the world such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. is now being recognized by the world as KOSEN. Such export and/or cooperation to overseas is a trend in recent years, but technical colleges have been making a series of efforts leading to such internationalization even before that. In this paper, we will discuss education, research, and organizational management of how such internationalization efforts and momentum have been fostered and the prospects for development have been created within the KOSEN under the jurisdiction of the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN kikou). I would like to consider the current issues and prospects by taking a bird's-eye view of the efforts for internationalization of the technical college as a comprehensive and comprehensive whole in the relationship structure and its impact on the KOSEN itself. Therefore, in this paper, we focus on the acceptance of international students, the international expansion of education ex. employment and utilization of foreign faculty members, and the internationalization of joint research as such efforts for internationalization. I would like to take it up as an initiative trend and expand its perspective on its cultural, social, and educational aspects to see its impact.

This paper describes online Chinese language learning practice in cooperation with other technical colleges and overseas partner universities from August 24 to September 30, 2020. In this initiative, students watched the videos for class preparation in advance and learned the contents of the videos practically online from the students of the Applied Chinese Department of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages (WZU) in Taiwan. Since 2015, National Institute of Technology, Ube College has accepted students from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of National United University (NUU) in Taiwan as Chinese language trainees every year. The trainees provide support to the teachers in charge of Chinese classes and conduct the classes themselves. However, in 2020, due to the pandemic caused by the coronavirus pandemic, we will no longer be able to accept Taiwanese interns. So, instead, we had students from WZU conduct one-on-one Chinese classes online. As a result of the 26 classes given by WZU of Foreign Studies students for about one month, the Japanese students' ability to understand Chinese improved compared to previous years, especially in pronunciation. An evaluation questionnaire shows that the classes were significant for both students. This paper will explain the process leading up to the implementation of the online class, class implementation, and the innovations in the class. Finally, this paper will discuss the points for reflection and future issues.

This paper deals with the effect of the name of department in the field of electrical engineering on the application rate. First, the authors investigated the application rate of the entrance examination in 2021 from the homepage of each National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), and classified them by field. From the classification by field, it was confirmed that the application rate in the field of electric engineering was not low, and the results of conducting a survey of the application rate when the department name was narrowed down to “Department of Electrical Engineering” demonstrate that the application rate in “Department of Electrical Engineering” was nationally low. Finally, the authors investigated the influence of the departments of control engineering and information engineering on the application rate in the field of electrical engineering

Memory is a popular card game playing with two or more players. Each player alternately faces up two cards. The player could get the cards if their numbers are match. Although Memory has been frequently playing in the world for a long time, the optimal strategy of the game has not been developed so far. In this study, I have developed the optimal strategy for 2-player Memory. Expected values of wining rate for 362,931 cases were calculated using memoized recursion. As a result of the calculation, the optimal strategy for 2-player Memory have been obtained successfully

The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of social welfare corporations by business type from disclosed financial information. In addition, it is to clarify the business conditions of social welfare corporations and to examine issues.
As a result of the research, four characteristics were detected. (1) The childcare business is labor-intensive, while the nursing care and elderly welfare businesses are capital-intensive. (2) As the number of businesses increases, the scale of the business increases, but the management efficiency does not change. (3) When there are only one or two businesses, management efficiency improves as the scale of the business increases. (4) Small businesses face a severe business environment in which they are unable to cover their necessary expenses.

This note is a revisiting Quillen's note [3] "Modules theory over non-unital rings" in category theory language. Faltings [1]; Gabber and Ramero [2] established almost mathematics which is the same as Quillen's bilocalization of a category of modules by almost zero objects.
