This paper aims to construct and operate an overnight stay application system. In recent years, Digital Transformation has been promoted, utilizing information technology to streamline operations and digitize documents. In this paper, attempts to build an overnight stay application system using RPA, which helps automate tasks by coordinating Microsoft 365 applications, and has been in operation since the current fiscal year. In this paper, we report on the details of the constructed system.
