The purpose of a study is to establish a disaster communication network system. The system can confirm the safety of large-scale disasters and accidents that occur frequently in recent years and that can be confirmed in the event of a black-down that is expected to occur. The paper is described the verification experiment that a ship base station will cruise, collect safety and administrative information using Sub-GHz radio for isolated islands.
