The computer club of Oshima National College of Maritime Technology has opened the “Oshima National College of Maritime Technology’s Internet TV Station“, in order to revive Suo-Oshima town in connection with the regional revival project, “Shima-square”. The TV station uploads the information of the town’s successful entrepreneur, the sightseeing spots, and the hidden charm of the town which is known to only a few people in the college HP. In this paper, we describe process to the TV station establishment and results of the activity to revive the town. Furthermore, we report the future administration method and the problems to be solved of the Internet TV station.
