Oshima National College of Maritime Technology’ is promoting the project to reactivate Suo-Oshima town using fund of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. This is a 5-year project to strategically cope with the anticipated future-profit. Although the project greets the third year with repeating trial and error, we bring results with more than of the plan at first. In the paper we report the results for the middle aim of this project, the method of entrepreneur
training, the management system, the effectiveness and influence of entrepreneur training and the future project plan.
