The Southern Seto Oshima Junior Soccer Meeting finished the fifth meeting.As for the community development, which is purpose of the meeting, economical effect could be recognized. But active development of the community could not be distinctly realized.In this paper, I analyze the present condition,and the process which resulted in the holding of this meeting,as basic study to clarify the effect of this meeting on the community. ln conclusion, although participants were contented with the meeting,there were the problems of the shortage of stuff and cost reduction in management,and the deteriorating of the service would be apprehensive.I concluded that it is necessary to reexamine the management of the meeting which is completely under the control of administrative circle at present, and to close up to system controlled by the community.
