This paper is intended as an investigation of the fundamental research for the developnent of a system, which can efficiently produce energy from both solar light and heat. As a result of the measurements of thermal quality on the back of the solar cell module concerning the standard 3kW Type Photovoltaic Power Generation System, it proves that the heat has a greater influence on generation quality than to be expected. The result shows that losing heat out of a solar battery module enables power generation efficiency to increase and that the removed heat can be erployed as well.
