This paper aims to propose a heuristics on a vehicle routing problem for collection of reusable packages by ant colony optimization (ACO). With the operations of reuse and/or recycling systems, effective systems for reverse logistics are needed. Disposed transport packages are collected from customers by filling empty capacities of many vehicles which fulfill normal delivery and collection. This paper clarifies the effectiveness of our proposed heuristics form some numerical examples.
